Delivery

We can deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post.

All hampers will be dispatched within 24 hours and all postage comes with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery is usually 4-5 business days, however please note that due to delays related to COVID-19, Australia Post recommends allowing extra time for your delivery.

$15 flat rate: VIC, SA, Tas and NSW

$20 flat rate: QLD, NT, WA and ACT

Returns Policy

The Otway Kitchen does not offer refunds for change of mind.

We endeavour to pack our products as carefully as possible, however in the event of breakage we will issue a full refund or replacement.
